Yorba Regional Park

Nestled right in the heart of Anaheim on E. La Palma, Yorba Regional Park is open 7 a.m. – 6 p.m. in the autumn and parking is just $3 – $5 per vehicle. Explore 140 acres at the start to The Santa Ana Canyon where over 200 BBQs are available. It’s the perfect destination for a stroll through southern California beauty, a gathering of family and friends, or an early autumn barbeque with colleagues.

The Santa Ana River hugs the park closely, and the historic setting epitomizes California’s charm. Opened in 1976, Yorba is just one of many quintessential names in the area along with Peralta and Dominguez—an homage to the state’s rich history. Yorba Regional Park is the county’s official bicentennial project.

Let the Park Be Your Playground

Developed to be the ultimate in family and group outings, Yorba is a great choice for picnics with over 400 tables peppered throughout the park. Visitors will find a number of permanent shade structures, and reservations aren’t required for the majority of parties. Walk alongside four gorgeous lakes, all open for fishing and model boat sailing.

Take to the hiking or bicycle trails, and keep an eye out for the Santa Ana River Trail. Just 20 miles away is the Pacific Ocean, and you’ll find playgrounds and restroom facilities well maintained. From horseshoe pits to ball diamonds and volleyball courts to a fitness course, Yorba Regional Park has something for everyone.
